What we do

A brokerage runs on more software than most people outside the industry realise. A trading platform handles execution — but the client still has to register somewhere, verify their identity somewhere, fund somewhere and check where they stand somewhere. Your staff need a place to work. Your partners need to be paid accurately. Your compliance function needs a record of what happened.

That layer is what we build. It is unglamorous, it is where operational cost accumulates, and it is what our customers spend their day in.

What we are not

We are a technology company, not a financial services firm. We do not hold client money, execute trades, act as counterparty, provide liquidity or give investment advice. We do not hold a financial services licence in any jurisdiction, and we do not provide, arrange or represent one for our customers.

This distinction matters, and we would rather state it too often than let anyone misunderstand it. Whether your business needs authorisation — and which kind — is a question for qualified legal counsel in the markets you serve.

How we work

We publish our pricing, because you should be able to budget without a sales call. We publish a working demo on sample data, because a product you can click through tells you more than a brochure. And when something is outside what we do — licensing, banking, payment provider approval, app store review timelines — we say so rather than implying we can compress it.
