Most vendors in this category do not publish pricing, which makes comparison difficult and makes it hard to know whether you are being quoted a fair number. Here is how pricing is usually structured, and what ours is.
How vendors structure pricing
- Setup fee — one-off, covering configuration, branding and deployment.
- Monthly subscription — ongoing platform access and support.
- Scaling dimension — usually the number of trading accounts or IDs supported.
- Module pricing — copy trading, MAM, PAMM and mobile apps often sit in higher tiers.
- Custom development — quoted separately against scope.

Costs that are not on a price list
Three things reliably cost more than expected, and none are vendor-specific:
- 1Payment integration. The providers your market actually uses are often not supported out of the box, and connecting them is development work.
- 2Data migration. Moving clients and accounts off an existing system is never trivial and is rarely quoted accurately in advance.
- 3Your own time. Branding assets, configuration decisions and testing take internal effort, and projects stall on them more often than on vendor delivery.
What to compare
Compare total cost over a realistic horizon rather than setup fee alone, and check what falls outside the subscription. A low monthly figure with everything meaningful quoted as custom development is not a low price.
